Tom started this company to better serve the needs of the community. He is able to offer a high quality product at a much lower price because of the strong relationships he has built with suppliers, crews and insurance companies. Tom started roofing at age 16 helping carry bundles of shingles and cleaning up while learning the trade. Soon after, he was installing shingles and running crews. Tom has a Bachelors of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and also served four years in the United States Marine Corps including two combat tours of duty in Iraq.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Michael is 44 years old and born in Danbury, CT. He got into construction in 1982 with his uncles company at the age of 15 as a laborer. He was with his uncle for about 3 years. He then joined a company in the new home building market and quickly progressed to a full carpenter within a few months. He did that for about 5 years and decided to become part of the carpenters union. He was accepted into the carpenters union as a Journeyman Carpenter in 1990. He got into the business side of construction approximately 8 years ago and has been doing that ever since. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hunt, camp, hike, rock climb, sky dive, scuba dive, and golf. On his days off you can usually find him outside relaxing enjoying the water or nature.
